Working with AudioShake
2022 marks the 15th anniversary of the death of legendary South African singer Lebo Mathosa. In honor of Mathosa and to introduce her infectious kwaito dance music to new audiences, UMG South Africa used AudioShake to create the stems for Mathosa’s songs, so that they could be used to create Dolby Remasters as well as enable top South African talent to create new mixes.
The album marks the first major-label release mastered using AudioShake’s AI stem technology.
