Integrated Loudness
The single loudness value for an entire program, measured over its full duration.
Integrated Loudness is the overall, gated loudness of a complete program expressed in LUFS/LKFS. It is the headline number delivery specs reference (e.g. -23 LUFS), as distinct from momentary or short-term loudness readings taken over shorter windows.
