A new track created by blending elements, such as vocals and instrumentals, from two or more songs.
A mashup is a creative work that combines parts of two or more existing recordings, typically layering the a cappella vocal of one song over the instrumental of another. Mashups depend on access to isolated stems. When official stems aren't available, AI separation lets producers and DJs extract the vocals and instrumentals they need.
